Because each piece is handcrafted and personalized with significant time investment, we do not accept returns or refunds if the product arrives in good condition and matches the approved design.
Specifically, we do not offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:

Customer errors such as incorrect selection of design, reference images, hairstyle, or color.
