Shipping Policy

At UDeckTiles, we strive to ensure that your orders are delivered promptly and safely. Please read the following information regarding our shipping policies.

1. Shipping Locations

US Delivery Locations

  • Our delivery services are currently only available to locations within the continental United States.
  • Shipment restricted areas: AS,MP,VI,PR, AK, HI, GU, AA, AE, AP.
  • Please note: we currently DO NOT dropship to PO Boxes.

2. Shipping Costs

We currently offer 2 shipping services:

  • Free shipping
  • Insured shipping: $9.09 (we will cover all costs if lost, stolen, damaged)

3. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons or promotions.
  • Business Days: Orders are processed Monday through Sunday, excluding holidays.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • US Shipping: Typically, orders will be delivered within 5-7 business days after processing.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order's progress through the carrierโ€™s website.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery. UDeckTiles has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information on customs policies in your country.

7. Shipping Issues

If you experience any issues with your shipment, such as delays or missing packages, please contact us at info.udecktiles@gmail.com. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Damaged Shipments: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info.udecktiles@gmail.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will assist you in arranging a replacement or a refund.
  • Lost Shipments: If your shipment is lost in transit, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier. If the product cannot be located, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

9. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address when placing your order.
