Product Warranty Policy
At UDeckTiles, we are committed to providing high-quality furniture products and the best after-sales service to our customers. Our warranty policy is designed to protect your rights if there are any issues related to the quality of the product.
1. Warranty Period
- Warranty period: All of our products are covered by a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified for individual products.
2. Warranty Conditions
This warranty applies only to issues caused by manufacturing defects or material flaws under normal use. It does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or external factors such as water, chemicals, fire, etc.
- Normal wear and tear from regular use.
- Products that have been repaired or modified by a third party without UDeckTiles’ approval.
3. Warranty Process
- Contact us: If your product encounters any issues within the warranty period, please contact us via email at info.udecktiles@gmail.com with the subject line "Warranty Request", including your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
- Warranty approval: Once we receive your request, we will assess the product’s condition and respond within 3-5 business days to confirm whether the product is eligible for warranty service.
- Repair or replacement: If the product is eligible for warranty, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost. If the product is out of stock, we will offer an equivalent product or suggest alternative options.
4. Return & Refund Policy for Quality Issues
If the product received has manufacturing defects or is damaged during shipping, we are happy to assist with returns or refunds. This policy applies to the following cases:
Product Returns
- Return conditions: The product must be requested for return within 15 days of receipt. The product must remain in its original packaging and not be further damaged from use.

Refunds
- Refund conditions: If your product cannot be repaired or replaced due to a quality issue, we will issue a full refund.
- Refund processing time: After confirming the product’s defect and receiving the returned product (if applicable), we will process the refund within 7-10 business days through your original payment method.
5. Shipping Costs
- In cases where the product is defective due to manufacturing or damage during shipping, we will cover all shipping costs related to returning and replacing the product.
- If the return is not due to our fault, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
